StudentInformation won’t work. The error message is “Bad Request. Request Too Long HTTP Error 400.

The complete error is:

Bad Request.  Request Too Long  HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

And/or:

Server Error in ‘/’ Application

The error message will look like the following:

To fix:

• Clear the browser cookies for the site.

• Restart Chrome

• Restart your computer
