Inappropriate popups or notifications

If you or a student begins to get inappropriate popups or notifications, it is usually because a bad site has been given access to send notifications. The notifications will show up in the bottom right of the screen:

Removing notification access

1. Click on the three-dot menu and select Settings

2. On the left, click on Privacy and Security. Scroll down and click on Site Settings

3. Scroll down to Notifications. At the bottom the page will show those sites that can send notifications. Click on the three dot menu to the right of the sites to remove them from the list, which will stop the popups and notifications.
