The website I’m trying to use isn’t working

  1. First step is to check the Kenton City Schools Status page and then the service’s website status page (if the service has one).

  2. Run a speed test to see if there are any KCS network issues: http://speed.kcs.me (anything over 5 is good).

  3. Check if other websites are affected.

  4. Clear the browser cookies for the site.

  5. Put in a help desk request (email helpdesk@kentoncityschools.org).
