First step is to check the Kenton City Schools Status page and then the service’s website status page (if the service has one).
Run a speed test to see if there are any KCS network issues: http://speed.kcs.me (anything over 5 is good).
Check if other websites are affected.
Put in a help desk request (email helpdesk@kentoncityschools.org).
