Students can't sign in using Clever (IXL, BrainPop, MobyMax, Etc.)

When students try to sign into a service that uses their Google log in, sometimes the student will get an error saying they can't be found or have other issues. This is usually caused by Chrome thinking the student is not signed in with their KCS Google account. You can tell right away because the student's email address, name, and avatar is missing from the blue login button:



If the student's name is missing, restart the Chromebook to fix the issue.
